It seems a lot of people seem to think I am making money off of persons that have very little.
for this reason let me break down the cost of running one of the houses .
handicapped unit which I in fact run myself .
This is a completely Handicapped accessible, alarm system sprinklers etc. we have 6 clients here as well as myself and my family
Cost of rent................ ........ $2000.00 owner lowered rent from $2500.00
Electric...............................$532.00
Water................................. $332.00
cable phone and Internet ....$177.00
total for housing $ 3041.00 average monthly
clients also pay $100.00 per month for food which I prepare nightly (dinner)
breaks down to $3.30 for full course dinner 7 days per week , I do not make junk food all food made fresh I do follow NO SALT Diet as we have Diabetics as well as Heart patients here
if anyone thinks I am getting rich doing this you figure it out your.
I HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE I DO THIS BECAUSE I WANT TO NOT BECAUSE I NEED TO and certainly not to make money. I receive NO funding from anyone my program is self supporting .
I hope this ends certain people thinking I am using the poor to get rich.
